An Annual Membership Includes: • A home visit to establish a data file, take photos of the house exterior and sign the contract. • Preparation of a customized-plan to fit your priorities, budget and household needs. • Contractor coordination for all repairs around the house. • Contractor coordination for all repairs and/or remodeling needs around the house. • Emergency service. • The Newsletter and other Tips, an e-letter which offers seasonal information and reminders to help prevent damage to your home. • Key Service, which is used to open the house for a contractor or to keep an eye on your house while you are away.
