V.I.P. Home Management Program was established to provide residential homeowners with a complete service of maintenance and management for their home.
After many years in the home improvements business, we came to the conclusion that home upkeep is an extremely professional topic that must be done by professionals, in order to prevent damage. We see a house as a complete entity, beginning in the foundation/basement and ending at the roof. If you don’t take care of one part of the house and let it go (for example a leaky roof or overflowing gutters outside or cracks in between ceramic tiles inside), the repair can cost thousands of dollars to repair. Our goal is to help you to take care of your house, do the preventative medicine at the correct time using the correct materials and thus allow you the free time you need to be with your family and friends without worries.
Our main concern is customer service. We believe that you need to listen to the client’s needs and be able to solve the problem in an appropriate amount of time and with the highest standard of workmanship.
“One call will do it all!” is our motto.
The V.I.P. Home Management program is a coordinator between the contractors and the customer. Our requirements are of a high standard. We work with companies that are licensed and bonded and have experience to do the work. They have been hand picked by us, their work has been checked out and approved and they have excellent people skills.
